We had such a great Halloween this year! Holden had originally wanted to be Dash, but of course that costume was no where to be found! Kenzie had started out wanting to be a cowgirl, but that changed as well. So Kenzie is now on to three
years running of being a princess!!! First it was Belle then Tinker bell (which you could debate the fact that she is a fairy, but come on, who's getting technical here), and now of course The Little Mermaid! Kenzie and Holden had their school program, then we met up with my two sisters and their kids and went around Liana's neighborhood, which we decided was the best way to go! The houses were closer together, so we made fantastic progress in a short amount of time!!! And the little kids were pooped before they knew what hit them, by the time we were done!!! They had a ball this year, and I loved that Kenzie and Holden were both old enough to understand things a little bit more and actually had fun running up to the doors and saying "Trick or Treat"! I have to admit that not being able to Trick or Treat door to door in Salt Lake was something that I missed. However the Bryan Ward always had amazing Trunk or Treats which we definitely missed this year! Funny how when you live some where for a while, you really become attached to your way of life that is established over the years!!! We miss Salt Lake, but we are enjoying the more quiet atmosphere that I must say is definitely more of what we want for our kids growing up!
